F-profiles For Self-lighted Letters

Als Elkamet is a flexible PVC profile with a length of 4 m. in different colors, with a cut-off of 3 mm. for acrylic panels. They have an application for the production of advertising letters and signs, incl. lit letter with a maximum height of 1500 mm.

Advertisement signs production takes place through the following stages:

• PVC or another board is cut for the back of the letter and the face part is from acrylic.
• The aluminum profile is fixed, following the shape of the letter, fixed to it with screws through the gripping holes.
• the face part of the acrylic lettering is inserted into the PVC profile cut, following the shape, then sticks to it with glue. The front of the letter formed by acrylic and PVC profile is attached to the PVC back of the letter using an aluminum profile.
