The ceramic facade is extremely durable both to external atmospheric conditions and mechanical effects. The main material CLAY is mixed with iron oxides, molded and then baked at 1200 degrees.

The bearing structure is made of aluminum and consists of T-profiles and mounting brackets. Between the ceramic tiles and the building some airspace shall be left, which provides ventilation of the facade and prevents it from overheating in the summer and from cooling in the winter.

This type of ventilated lining is made of ceramic tiles of various sizes. This, in turn, provides a great advantage upon determining the building's raster.

Ceramic suspended facades can be designed in over 50 colour shades. The coating on the ceramics itself is also different. Manufacturers offer natural, antigraphic and glazed coatings.

The technological process for the production of ceramic lining, namely high temperature firing, ensures resistance to adverse weather conditions and ultraviolet rays.

Ceramic linings provide excellent ventilation, thermal and sound insulation and waterproofing. They are flame retardant and easy to recycle. The perfect smooth surface makes the plate washable by the rain and reduces the maintenance costs for the facade.
The easy installation, the absence of openings in the ceramics which may collect dust, water and microorganisms, as well as the possibility of replacing any plate from the wall without having to dismantle the others surrounding it, make the ceramic facade lining suitable for shopping centers, residential buildings and office spaces.
