Exterior Aluminum Composite Panel

Type of coating:

The standard PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride) cladding system is a multi-layer pre-treated aluminum substrate.The first layer is based on epoxy resins that protect the substrate from corrosion and serve as a bonding coating for the PVDF exterior coating.
It contains at least 70% of cuprous and fluorocarbon resins.

Properties:

PVDF lining system offers very good protection against weather conditions, solar radiation and polluted atmosphere. Along with these excellent protective properties, great durability, optimal chemical and thermal stability and very good flexibility have to be noted. The PVDF lining system also repels moisture and dirt, although the scratch resistance is limited.

Cleaning:

If the cladding system is used outdoors, the coating should be cleaned once a year with non-aggressive cleaning products.
